		<description>It's over because it "never was". At no time has there been a viable partner for peaceful co-existence. The missed opportunities are many.Case in point...when in 2005 some 10,000 settlers were unilaterally removed from Gaza. Left behind was the infrastructure for a decided improvement in the living standards of the Palestinians residing in Gaza. So instead of utilizing the million plus dollars worth of greenhouses, which could have been the basis for supplying food for their consumption, the Gaza residents went on a rampage basically destroying all of the infrastructure left behind. This destruction even encompassed tearing up the high tech irrigation systems and using the irrigation piping for rocket launchers.
