This is nothing new, though this aspect of the Palestinians' plight is often overlooked by those who seek to blame Israel for all of their problems. That Arab states get off the hook while 4 million of their brethren live in camps -- while the West has successfully taken in thousands of Palestinians into their own nations -- is a significant issue.
