Secondly, when pro-Israelis shout that Israel is being held to a second standard, this is because the US has done so positively for Israel for such a long time, practicaly rendering Israel immune to any consequences for its policies. Neither Sri Lanka, Sudan or Congo conduct joint military exercises with NATO. Therein lies the difference.
