In “Népszava”, the leftwing Budapest daily of today a report on the court hearing of Bakács is published. A witness, the psychologist Dr. Ször Anna spoke about „gypsiecriminality“ (cigánybünözés)and the judge did not interrupt her, to ask, what she means. The journalist concludes, to say “gypsiecriminality” in court is O.IK. but to call racist motorbikers „fascist“ is punishable in Hungary.

Dr. Ször has given a speech on July 11 at a demonstration of the Hungarian Guard protesting against the sentence of another court disbanding the Guard. She doubted the independence of Hungarian courts and even if the courts are Hungarian. And she called the intellectuals of Hungary to join like herself the Hungarian Guard.
