If we're not allowed to speak to or about Islam the way it speaks to and about us then we need no longer worry whether the issue of Wilders is even germane. We should simply throw up our hands and admit that this is simply about fear of what Europe's Arab 'street' may do at any given point. And if so, then you're no different than the people of Medellin Colombia or the people of northern Mexico held hostage by drug cartels. Now I'm sure their lives more or less go quietly on, after all they still live there. So maybe having a gun held to your head, forever isn't so bad. None the less, it's important to admit a thing is what it is. There is zero room in a free society to have the force of law ensure you are personally never offended or angered by others. Sorry, but that's a price of citizenship and membership in the social contract. Whomever hates that value system needs to emigrate somewhere.
