Jewish Rights as an Obstacle to Peace

Anti-Zionist writer Jonathan Cook’s article on the campaign seeking justice for those Jewish communities driven from Arab countries has been subjected to a thorough critique by Lyn Julius.

Responding paragraph by paragraph, Lyn writes, in response to Cook’s claim that Jewish demands for restitution aim to “foil any attempt by the next government to reach a peace deal” with the Palestinians:

Why must fulfilling Palestinian rights be a prequisite to any peace deal, while fulfilling Jewish rights constitutes an obstacle to peace ?
