Jews do not experience the UCU as an environment with a "relative weakness of overt antisemitism." It is experienced as a deeply antisemitic environment, regardless of how one cares to locate that antisemitism in the UCU members. The important thing is to make space for a Jewish perspective; concern for the intentions of the people who make it such an environment shifts attention away from this.
